The Cuseum - Spetrix API integration works by grabbing the most recent orders you have in your Spektrix account. These orders are processed and sent via the API to Cuseum, which transforms this data into records so you can generate and distribute the cards.
In order to achieve this, your Onboarding expert will request some information from you so keep an eye on their updates to get started! We will connect via API access.
Essentially, we'll need the following steps done to get started:
First, enter the username for this Partner Product Integration. We recommend setting this as the company name of the third party you're integrating with (Cuseum).
spektrix_api_key
The API key identifies you to Spektrix and allows you to access a specific Spektrix system. It must not be disclosed to anyone and must not be placed in emails or basecamp or any other information sharing system. Your onboarding expert will share safe ways so you can send it us.
To find your API key log in to Spektrix and go to Control Panel -> WebsiteAdmin -> Config.

It can be obtained from either the venue or Spektrix support.
