Altru PAT Token - How to Update it Every Year

Your Cuseum fetch failed? Update your Altru PAT Token now!

In the video below we show you how to update your Altru Token (also known as the Personal Access Token "PAT" that is a part of the user you created for us), so your Cuseum account keeps fetching without issues. Please note that:

  • In 99% of cases, the user you created for us is called [email protected]

  • There's no need to create new proxy users. Simply access the existing user and create a new token for it

  • If for some reason you cannot create a new token for [email protected], simply delete the user and create it again by using the same name

  • If your user is not [email protected] no worries, all you need to do is update the token for the user you created for us (if you don't remember its name, please contact us at [email protected]).

Please don't forget to send the new token to us ([email protected]) as soon as you create it. This will allow us to update your Cuseum account and restore the fetching functionality.

For security purposes, we recommend sending it via https://us.onetimesecret.com/ or similar.
