In the video below we show you how to update your Altru Token (also known as the Personal Access Token "PAT" that is a part of the user you created for us), so your Cuseum account keeps fetching without issues. Please note that:
In 99% of cases, the user you created for us is called [email protected]
There's no need to create new proxy users. Simply access the existing user and create a new token for it
If for some reason you cannot create a new token for [email protected], simply delete the user and create it again by using the same name
If your user is not [email protected] no worries, all you need to do is update the token for the user you created for us (if you don't remember its name, please contact us at [email protected]).
Please don't forget to send the new token to us ([email protected]) as soon as you create it. This will allow us to update your Cuseum account and restore the fetching functionality.
For security purposes, we recommend sending it via https://us.onetimesecret.com/ or similar.
