Technical Requirements for the Cuseum Tour Experience
We suggest having access to at least a 5 Mbps connection (low end broadband) or 3G access from cellular providers. With this connection, users will be able download and install the app in less than a minute, and view video and audio files within the application.
To test the speed of your network, please visit www.speedtest.net from your mobile device and download their test application from the Apple App Store.

Once a user has installed the application and opens it, the video/audio data will begin to synchronize. However, longer videos will increase the data download size. Below is an estimate of the time it takes to download 30 MB worth of data into the application.

Estimates based on 80% efficiency on a network. However, wifi interference and other unavoidable circumstances can cause performance to vary. We have designed the application to be as efficient with bandwidth as possible, but we cannot guarantee performance on heavily trafficked networks. We recommend you consult your IT/Network Manager for more information.
