There are instances where a typo in your name or the need to update your main or secondary information may arise, including member's details like full name, email address, or phone number. While we'd be eager to assist, membership updates are not within our purview.

For such matters, we kindly advise you to directly contact the museum or organization that issued your card. Often, their support email is mentioned in the welcome email. In case it's not readily available, if you could provide us with the name of the issuing museum or organization, we'd be glad to include them in correspondence or forward your query if needed. These inquiries are handled directly via membership@cuseum.com.
