How to Update My Membership's Information Follow
There are some cases where there is a typo in your name, you need to update the main or the secondary information, or need to update your member's information (full name, email address, or phone). We would love to help with these types of requests, but we don't handle any membership updates.
To do so, please contact the museum/org that issued your card so they can assist you accordingly. Usually, they add their support email address at the bottom of the welcome email, but in case you can't find it, please provide us with the name of the museum/org that sent it to you, and we will be happy to add them in copy and/or forward if necessary.
