The Preview App Follow
Your private test app.
The preview app is essentially a test version of your Cuseum visitor app that is not available to the public. The app is synced with your dashboard, so you can see the edits you make in real time.
Downloading the App
Upon making your account, Cuseum sends you an email with a link to your preview app. To download it, all you need to do is open the link on your phone. Didn't get the email? Contact us.
Enabling the App
Next, you'll need to configure your iPhone settings to enable the preview app. You won't be able to use the app until you complete the steps below. The process differs depending on what operating system you have.
IOS 8 OR EARLIER
When you first open the app on your phone, you'll receive the following pop-up notification.
Simply click Trust to enable the preview app.
IOS 9 OR LATER
When you click the download link on your phone, you'll receive the following pop-up notification.
Now, you'll need to manually enable the app. First, under Settings, select General.
Click Device Management.
Click Cuseum Inc.
Click Trust "Cuseum Inc.".
Select Trust.
