Are There Any Other Options?

We currently provide support only to compatible iPhones and Android phone users. In case you don't have a phone with the requirements to install the card, you prefer not to use the digital membership card, or just want to check other options, we strongly suggest you contact the organization that issued your card.

Museums/organizations usually add their support email address at the bottom of the email, but in case you can't find it, please contact us with the name of the museum/org that sent you the email and we will be happy to add them in copy and/or forward if necessary.
