My Pass Cannot be Installed at This Time - What Should I Do?

If you're seeing this, or a similar message when trying to install your digital card:


To resolve this issue and ensure a smooth download of your membership card, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check if you have the latest iOS version. You can do this by visiting this article provided by Apple. If necessary, update your iPhone to the latest iOS version.

Step 2: Ensure your mobile browser is up to date. Follow these simple steps to check for updates:

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone's home screen.

  • Tap on your profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner.

  • In the "Upcoming automatic updates" section, you can see if there are any pending updates for your apps. Update them individually by clicking the "Update" button next to each app.

  • Alternatively, you can update all of them at once by clicking the "Update all" option just below the "Upcoming automatic updates" heading.

Step 3: Restart your iPhone. To do so, please click here and follow the instructions.
