Visitor services can be an integral component of the overall museum experience. We recommend incorporating signage and takeaway cards promoting the app at your front desk, but we also have some scripted suggestions for interacting with visitors.

Promoting the app via printed materials:

"We have a great companion app for the museum/exhibition. Here is a card with instructions to download. Enjoy!”

If the visitor doesn't have a phone or WiFi enabled:

“We have a devices available that you can borrow. We have iPod touches and headphones available with a digital guide installed.”

Questions about the WiFi:
