Renewal Notifications, Beacon Notifications and Geo-Notifications are custom notifications that either need hardware or a custom set up process. Make sure you review the details with your onboarding expert for each.

Renewal Notifications:
We will need up to three short renewal messages
Example: Your "Museum name" digital card expires in 30 days. Renew at "URL"
Example: Your "Museum name" digital card has expired. Renew at "URL"
Example: Your "Museum name" digital card expired 30 days ago. Renew at "URL"
Beacon Notifications:
You will need to purchase iBeacon hardware (sold separately - we do not sell ibBeacon devices). iBeacon is the protocol we use. We will also need your help to configure:
Short Message
Major
Minor
Proximity UUID (Provided by us)
Interval and TX Power (provided by us)
Custom name
